Ingredients

  • 2large catfish
  • Peppersoup spices (1 tablespoon)
  • fresh Yellow pepper (1 seed)
  • Blended dry pepper (2 tablespoons)
  • Uziza seed (pounded)
  • Red scotch bonnet pepper (2 sliced seeds)
  • 1small Onion (sliced)
  • 1long Uda spice (smash and remove seed)
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean, cut and wash fish properly

  2. 2

    Rub in seasonjng and salt properly into washed fish and leave for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Place seasoned fish in a pot and add some water enough for your stock

  4. 4

    Add all other ingredients and cover to cook without stirring.

  5. 5

    Occasionally swirl pot around to prevent it from burning under

  6. 6

    Cook until fish is tender to taste and stock is slightly thick
