Wash and soak urad dal for 3-4 hour and grind it.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander, salt, chat masala mix all properly.

Pour 1 drop of this paste in water if it float it is ok else use beater to make it fluphy.

Peel potatoes and make slices dip them in the paste coat properly.

Heat oil in a pan deep fry coated potato slices till it turns in golden brown colour.

Take them out on a plate serve with sauce or chutney.
