Ingredients

7servings
  • 4 cupsdiced pineapple
  • 1 cupfresh chopped mint leaves
  • 4 tbscaster sugar
  • 6 cupswater

Steps

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix pineapple and mint leaves, transfer them to a blender, add water and blend them till smooth

  2. 2

    In a conical sieve, sieve the smooth mixture in a jar, then add sugar and stir till well mixed

  3. 3

    Refrigerate the juice for 15 minutes before serving it
