Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupPalak
  • 1/2raw banana
  • 1small knool kol
  • 4 teaspoonsBesan roasted
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chilli powder as per taste
  • Halfteaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/3 teaspoonAmchur
  • Hing little bit
  • 2 teaspoonscornflour for crispy fitters
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic pas

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure raw banana and knool khol once done smash the banana and grate the knool khol. Then to this add chopped Palak. Add all the masala and ginger garlic paste with cornflour and beasan and salt deep fry. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
