Kakori Kebab

Very unique, flavourful, juicy kebab that will just melt in mouth.
Steps

Take all the whole spices and grind them to a powder.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30mins.

Take washed and cleaned minced chicken in a mixing bowl.

Add papaya paste and prepared spice powder.

Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.

Now add all the dry spices, dessicated coconut, mawa, cashew paste, saffron mixture and mix well.

Take some mixture in your hand and shape them around wet wooden skewer.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs.

For smoky taste, place some hot charcoal in pan and add 1tsp ghee on top of charcoal and close the lid.

Cover for 3-4mins.

Switch off and serve hot with any dip, chutney or salad.
