Mix in flour and butter

Add in yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, eggs and vanilla, add the milk and Knead until it's has formed

Allow the dough to rise for about 1 and a half hours

Roll the dough in a flat surface until 0.5inch thick

Allow to rise. Fry until golden brown

Serve.
