Soak dal over night..

Then blend it and make fine puree

Take a wok

Add oil in it..

When it become hot add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it till it become golden brown

Then add onion puree in it and saute it till it become light brown..

Then add tomato puree in it and saute it..for a while..

Then add all spices in it and mix it well and cook it for 2mins

Then add dal paste in it and cook it on slow flame till it become dry..

Then take a plate and grease it with some clarified butter

Then put all paste of dal in it and set it...

Leave it for 1/2 and hour..

Then cut pieces and deep fry all pieces till it become golden brown and serve hot..
