  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil for frying

    Descale & wash the fish properly

    Marinate it with turmeric powder & salt

    Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the fish

    Serve it hot with steaming hot plane rice
