Ingredients

  1. 21/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 300 mlor 3/4 cup milkmaid
  6. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  7. 1 tbsprose essense
  8. 2 tbsplime or vinegar
  9. 1 cup milk or water
  10. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and elaichi powder.Mix in the sugar.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the the wet ingredients one by one. Stir the mixture together using a whisk.

    Pour the batter in the prepared pan and tap the pan to even it out and break the air bubbles if any.
    Bake it for 25-35 minutes.

  3. 3

    Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and remove the brownie after 15-20 minutes. Place the brownie on the rack for it to cool down completely before slicing it.place some fresh rose pattles they taste good and look good also or sprinkle some more elaichi powder it inhance the taste I hope you like this recepie enjoy this recepie on eid
