Ingredients

  1. Pizza dough (see recipe on profile)
  2. Pizzaiolla sauce + 3 tbs tomato paste +3tbs ketchup
  3. stripsSteak cut into long
  4. 3cheeses cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. Green onions chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out pizza dough

  2. 2

    Top up with pizza sauce let it proof

  3. 3

    In a pot warm milk and melt cheeses top up on the pizza sauce

  4. 4

    Finish off with cut steak and green onions
