Steps

Take a bread slices cutt off brown edges.

Take a hung curd in a bowl add veggies, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves mix all ingredients well.

Take a bread slice roll the with rolling pin apply some water over it.

Flip the slice add stuffing and shape them rolls.

Heat oil on medium flame for frying the rolls.

Drop the roll into the hot oil fry until get golden brown in colour from all sides.

Drain and place on absorbent paper.

Serve with tomato ketchup or green coriander chutney.
