Steps

Cut the beef into small pieces and boil. Then toss them in oil and brown them completely

In a sauce pan pour oil and onions and let the onions cook till they turn golden brown

Add in the tomato puree and ginger then cover and let it simmer.

Add in the salt and pilau masala and stir. Add rice and water. Stir and cover.

I use cold water so when the water starts to bubble i turn the heat down and let the pilau cook on low heat.

Serve with chicken or any other accompniment of your choice. Enjoy
