Steps

Heat the pan add tadka ingredients

Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes with closed lid
- 3
Add finely chopped spinach and cook for 3 more minutes. Tomatoes and spinach compensate for lack of salt.

Add sweet corn, cut vegetables and 3 cups of glass of water. Cook for 5 minutes.

When vegetables are cooked and the water is boiling add the rava while stirring continuously.

Cook for 5 minutes on low flame with closed lid.

Garnish with coriander leaves, and if you wish add poached eggs for added taste
