Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 1 cupGreek yogurt
  3. 1/2 cupsoaked peanuts
  4. 1 cupcorn
  5. 1/2 cupboiled cannelloni
  6. 1chopped capsicum
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1 TSPblack salt
  9. 1 tspcheese powder

Steps

Cook 10min
  1. 1

    Take a bunch of spinach finely chopped and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In bowl add peanut and Greek yogurt, black salt mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add all veggie and mix well with salt and black pepper and cheese powder.

  4. 4

    Now take a pan add 2 cup water let it boil now add 1/2 cup cannelloni and let it boil for 5min.

  5. 5

    Spread some olive oil and enjoy ur healthy salad.
