Boil, peel and mashed potatoes

Put oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds

Add chopped onion and green chilli

Add mashed potatoes

Add all the spices and 1 teaspoon salt

Mix well and keep aside

In curd mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves

Cut Bread slice into roundels

Spread potato mixture on one side

Grease the nonstick tava and put on medium flame

Put bread slices on tava keeping potato side down

On the upper side spread curd mixture

Cover with a lid for 3..4 minutes

Turn off the heat

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
