1/2 bowlSugar
1/2 cupGhee
2 pinchbaking soda

Take 1 bowl flour and add 1/2 bowl sugar, 1/2 cup ghee, chopped dry fruits and 2 pinch baking soda and mix well.

Now add water and make smooth dough and let it set for 2 hours. Now take round Dough and make round shape puri.

Now heat ghee in a pan and put puri in the pan and fry it and drain it on an absorbent paper.

Sweet puri ready. Serve with pickle and tea.
