Healthy Moongdal paneer Dosa

Dip moong dal in water for 4 hours. Remove water and grind fine paste.

Add besan,, salt,mirch powder, ajwayen and heeng mix well till then batter light.

Keep a side for 15 minutes.

Take kadai put some desi ghee add Onion,garlic saute add all chopped capsicums and add salt, mirch. Add crush paneer saute it. Keep

Keep tawa on gas heat ghee and put batter with the help of katori spread just like dosa on low flame.

Put paneer bhujia on it.

Fold it just like dosa take with mint chutney.
