Ingredients

  1. 2 scoopsBlack curant ice-cream
  2. 1 tbspnBesan
  3. 100 gmPaneer-
  4. 1 eachCapsicum-All colours
  5. 1Onion small
  6. As per tasteSalt-
  7. To tasteKashmiri red mirch
  8. pinchHeeng
  9. 1 tspnAjwain
  10. 2 tbspnFresh coriander-
  11. 1 tspGarlic

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dip moong dal in water for 4 hours. Remove water and grind fine paste.

  2. 2

    Add besan,, salt,mirch powder, ajwayen and heeng mix well till then batter light.

  3. 3

    Keep a side for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take kadai put some desi ghee add Onion,garlic saute add all chopped capsicums and add salt, mirch. Add crush paneer saute it. Keep

  5. 5

    Keep tawa on gas heat ghee and put batter with the help of katori spread just like dosa on low flame.

  6. 6

    Put paneer bhujia on it.

  7. 7

    Fold it just like dosa take with mint chutney.

  8. 8

    Healthy paneer Moong Dal Dosa is ready.
