Chana wash and soaked at overnight.

Then next morning chana boiled with salt.

Take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic paste till golden add onion paste till golden brown add ginger,tomato puree and all dry masala saute for few minutes.

Add boiled chalaana saute 2 minutes.

After saute add Water for gravy.

Sprinkle kasuri methi and green coriander.

Rice wash and soaked for 1 hour.

After one hour take a cooker add glass of water and covered with lid.

Then water boil add rice and mix otherwise rice get together.

Rice cooked then drain a excess water.

Then boiled rice put in a cake tin and press then make a circle.

Serve with chana.
