A delicious dish that can be served with French fries or mashed potatoes, perfect and quick for the weekend.

First, in a baking dish, sprinkle salt, parsley, one sliced tomato, and half a julienned onion. Place the chicken on top and repeat with the remaining tomato and onion. Add the water and beer all over. If it starts to dry out, add more water and beer. Drizzle with tomato sauce and bake at 430°F (220°C) for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown or to your liking.

When done, prepare the sauce. Transfer the thighs to a plate and blend the mixture. Ready to serve.
