Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspMaida
  2. 250 gmsKhoya
  3. 2 tbspSemolina
  4. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  5. 2 tbspMilk
  6. 1.5 cupSugar
  7. 3 cupWater
  8. 1 tspRose water
  9. 1/2 tspLime juice
  10. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  11. Oil for frying

    First take a pan to make syrup for gulab jamun......add sugar, water, cardamom powder, lime juice, rose water.....and let water boil for 15 min. then check ur syrup consistency take few drops to your fingers and if stickness arrive....u hv done....turn of flame....your syrup is ready.

    Now, take bowl and add mawa.... crumble it fine then add maida, semolina, baking powder mix it well for 5 min. Then add as required milk.....and make a soft dough....now grease ur hands with oil and make small bolls and deep fry in a woke

    Now, u have to pour all rasgullas balls....into Lukewarm syrup for 10- 15 min.

    After that....serve it in a platter....garnish it with some chopped almonds or store in a jar and refrigerate it.
