Method of making authentic kalakand is really time consuming. Today I am sharing an instant version of making kalakand using condensed milk and paneer.

Steps

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non stick pan on low medium heat.

Add in the grated paneer, milkmaid and milk powder. Mix it very well.

Mash and stir continously the mixture or till it thickens.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Keep stirring and cook for about 10 minutes on low medium flame or till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Grease a plate with remaining ghee and transfer the mixture to the plate.

Make a block and level it with the help of spatula.

Finally add chopped pistachios and almonds, press gently and let the kalakand cool down completely on room temperature.

Cut it into pieces and enjoy this delicious instant kalakand.
