Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1egg
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 3 tbsSugar to taste.u can add more to ur taste
  • 1/2warm water
  • Filling
  • 1/4sugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 3 tbsbutter/margarine
  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cupicing sugar
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make a dough nicely and let it rest to rise.

  2. 2

    Punch down ur dough and make chapati shapes and apply ur cinnamon paste all round and cut into strips and roll them.they shud be small rolls to accommodate rising.

  3. 3

    Repeat till ur down with the dough

  4. 4

    Oil and dust ur tin,i used a flat plate and arrange them in a circle manner.

  5. 5

    Bake them till ready,apply ur glaze and enjoy.
