1 cuprice
1/4 tspfenugreek seeds/methi dana
1 tspghee or clarified butter
2.5 cupwater
to tasteSalt

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker. Add fenugreek seeds or methi dana in it.

When it turns dark brown, then add water and salt.

When water starts boiling add rice in it. And cover the lid of pressure cooker.

Give atleast 4 whistles or till it becomes soft.

Methi khichdi is ready to serve your baby.
