Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgRice
  • 6-10Boiled Egg
  • 5Onion chopped
  • 8-10Green chilli
  • 1-1 eachWhole gram masala
  • 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspGaram masala paste
  • 2Bay leaf
  • 1"Ginger chopped
  • 1 tablespoonGarlic paste
  • 4-5Chopped tomatoes
  • 1-2 cupCurd
  • 4 tablespoonRefined oil
  • 1 tablespoonBiryani masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonFood colour
  • to tasteSalt add

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the rice and soak for one hour

    Take a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and whole gram masala when masala splunterd then add chopped onion and fry till then when it's brown

  3. 3

    Add all masala in it and fry,add tomato,add some water now cook for five minute.now check the tomato become soft now Cook for another five minute now add curd and mix well

  4. 4

    Now add green chilli

    Boil the egg and fry it

    Now cook the rice

  7. 7

    Firstly take a pan add oil and add all whole gram masala when it spluterr add water

  8. 8

    When water add salt and rice

  9. 9

    Now ready ur rice

  10. 10

    Take a pan now rice, gravy and egg layered one by one
