  2. 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  3. 2 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1.1/2 tsp Baking powder
  5. 1 tsp Baking soda
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3Eggs
  8. 3/4 cupButter
  9. 1/2 cup Cream
  10. 2 tsp Vanila Essence

    Pre Heat the oven at 180* for 10 mins.

    Grease the 2 - cake pans with vegetable oil.

    Whisk the cocoa powder and 1 1/2 cups boiling water in a medium bowl until smooth; set aside. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl until combined. Add the eggs, butter, cream and vanilla and beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Add the liquid cocoa into the batter. Mix the batter well. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and tap the pans against the counter to help the batter settle. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes. Transfer to racks and let cool 10 minutes

    Cut into peices of your choice and serve. It goes well Vanilla Ice cream.
