Boil the chicken

After boiling so not pour the stock, fry the chicken until golden brown to save it's taste

Cut the onions finely, add oil to the sufuria and after it becomes Hot add the onions, then add the pounded garlic and grated ginger. fry until golden brown.

Add the soy sauce, pilau masala and stir until soft

Add the chicken into the sufuria and stir until everything is even.

Wash the rice and add it to the pot

Having already blended your tomatoes, capsicum, corriader and stock altogether add it to the pot and stir, add salt to taste and stir.. Leave until ready

Serve with kachumbari
