Schezwan potato wedges

Cut the potatoes in wedges, boil in hot water for 2 min and drain

Add 1 tbsp corn c flour,mixed herbs salt to drained wedges mix well

Heat the oil and deep fry

In another pan add 1 tsp oil add onion and capsicum saute it for few min
- 5
Then add schezwan sauce and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs,in bowl mix 1 tsp corn flour in water and add it to pan

Mix it well then add fried wedges to it and mix it

Schezwan potato wedges are ready to serve as side dish
