Ingredients

  • 250 gmfrom potato cut in wedges
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspMixed herbs(thyem,oregano,chilli flakes)
  • 3 tbspSchezwan sauce
  • Oil fr fry
  • 1-1Onion and capsicum siled

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes in wedges, boil in hot water for 2 min and drain

  2. 2

    Add 1 tbsp corn c flour,mixed herbs salt to drained wedges mix well

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and deep fry

    In another pan add 1 tsp oil add onion and capsicum saute it for few min

  5. 5

    Then add schezwan sauce and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs,in bowl mix 1 tsp corn flour in water and add it to pan

  6. 6

    Mix it well then add fried wedges to it and mix it

  7. 7

    Schezwan potato wedges are ready to serve as side dish
