1large ripe mango
1cup of curd
2 tbspnsugar
as neededButterscotch sauce
1 tbspncustard powder

Steps

Unpeel and deseed the mango and take out the pulp.

Blend tog ether mango pulp,sugar, custard powder with water into a soft smoothie in a blender
3

Pour in your serving container and top up with butter scotch sauce.

Serve chilled.
