Double layered egg paratha

Knead the Maida with a spoon of oil,baking powder and salt.

Beat all the eggs together with salt chopped onions? Chillies and coriander leaves

Make four large balls out of the Maida dough and toast each separately on a flat pan.

Remove the toasted p arathas from the pan.Spread a spoon of oil on the pan and spread two scoops of egg batteron it.

When the omelette is half done place one paratha on it.Now spread another two scoop of egg batteron it.lower the flame.Turn over once the entire content and place one more paratha on omelette top.

Repeat the steps with the remaining p arathas and egg batter.Spread a small spoon of oil whenever necessary and let the materials get well cooked

The tomato sauce must be spread on each layer and sides while cooking.

Place the cooked layered p arathas on a plate and serve with cucumber slices.
