Wash and boil potatoes.do not over boil peel it or can be used as it is
Heat butter in a pan add green onion with leaves and sauté for 1 minute.
Add potatoes and remove from heat.
Add white auction salt and pepper.mix well
Pour in baling dish.cover wth cheese on top.sprinkle green leaves of onion.
Bake or grill till cheese melt and top is crispy.
Eat hot.
