1 cupSugar
1 tbspGhee
1 tspCardamom powder
1/2 cupCashews and almonds
FewRaisins

In a thick bottom pan heat ghee.

Roast sevaiyan till golden brown

Then add sufficient water. Add sugar, raisins and cardamom powder.

Put some nuts. Cover and cook for 5 mins.

Take out in serving bowl and garnish with nuts.
