First of all,add all purpose flour, salt,oil,ajwain then add water mix well with the help of your hands Knead a dough leave for 20 minutes.

Takr a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander leaves mix well add breadcrumbs.

Now take some mixture from the dough make a small round chapati.

Apply 3-4 cuts with the help of a sharp cutter or knife.

Take some filling and place on the chapati.

Press it with your hands, now wrap it into a toffee form.

Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry these toffees until they changed into golden brown.

Then Drain on kitchen tissue.

Serve with tomato ketchup Enjoy potatoes bites..
