Gather your ingredients

Peel and cut two onions and mix in a sufuria with some oil
- 3
After the onions turn brown add the crushed garlic and ginger and stir for a couple of minutes

Then add your chicken pieces and stir the mixture properly. Then add 1 and 1/2 tsp

Let the mixture cook for around 10 mins and add one and a half teaspoons of curry powder

Stir well and add your tomatoes(preferably cubed)

Add some water and allow the chicken to cook

Garnish with corriander and serve with a side of your choice(rice,ugali,bread etc.)
