Ingredients

  1. 2boil Lotus stick
  2. 4boil potato
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2 tspMilk
  5. 1 tspCumin
  6. Ginger garlic chilli paste
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/4aamchur powder
  10. 1/4chaat masala
  11. 1/4carom seed
  12. 1/2 cupbesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil lotus stick in cooker with salt water and milk, give 4-5 whistle till it soft.

    In one bowl take besan water salt, carom seed and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp cumin seed make better like pakoda.

    In a one bowl mash potato and lotus stick and mix all ingredients salt spice and all make a small balls.

    Take potato and lotus stick balls add in besan better nicely code after that add in warm and greased appe mould and cook both side.
