Jowar, Barley Bhath

Take a cup of barley and cook smoothly in pressure cooker, strain and keep ready.

In a pan heat oil, fry cashews and badam.

After golden brown add jeera and spices like star anise, cinnamon, ginger, clove.

Add carrot and jowar, mix well and fry till transulant.

Add salt, pepper powder, mix well.
- 6
Add cooked barely, mix well and serve in hot.
