Ingredients

2 servings

1 cupflour
1/4 cupsugar
Tspcardamon
1egg
Milk/water
Bell peepers (optional)

Steps

In a bowl add the dry ingredients and including the peppers mix well.

Add in the egg and whisk

Slowly add in the milk or water and whisk until desired consistency

Heat oil in a pan and pour your batter, swirling the pan to get a thin pancake.

Do this until all batter is finished. Pour some syrup and serve with beverage of your choice.
