First of all make dough with above ing.

Next make stuffing with above ing and cook till cabbage get cook around 5 min and keep aside

Now make momos from dough by fillin stuffin in it & then steam them for 10 min and take it out.

Next make marination with all above ing. & lastly add heated charcoal in bowl and put oil above it and immediately close with lid for gettin smoky flavour keep it for 15 min

In a pan now shallow fry these momos and serve hot with sauce/chutney.
