Poha and oats tikki with hummus

Take a bowl, into it, add soaked poha and oats, onion, garlic (2-3 chopped), ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, some boiled chickpeas (mashed)and mix it all very well.

Heat some oil in a pan. Make tikki according to your size preference and stir fry it.

Switch off the flame and keep it aside.

For hummus

Into a mixer, add boiled chickpeas, sesame powder, olive oil (1/4 cup), salt, garlic, lemon juice and cumin powder and grind it into fine paste.

Top it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, your hummus is ready.

Now you can serve poha and oats tikki with hummus.
