1 kgraw mango
1/2 kg Sugar
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
4 tsp Achari masala(onion seeds;fenugreek seeds;fennel seeds)
1 cupMustard oil
To tasteSalt

Peel the mangoes

Put whole in a cooker

Add 1 glass water and sugar

Cook till 2 whistles

Heat mustard oil

Put achar masala salt and red chilli

Put the mixture of mangoes

Boil 5 minutes

Now ur sweet and sour loungi is ready.

Serve with paranthas.
