Okro pepper soup with agidi

In a pot, put the washed fish and pomo. Add sliced onion.

Roughly blend some of the onion with the pepper and crayfish and add to the pot containing the fish and pomo

Add a spoon of pepeprsoup spice. Add 1 seasoning cubes of choice.

Add a little water and set on heat.

Cook till fish and pomo are tender, then add more water (enough for the quantity of soup you want) then add the remaining seasoning cubes and peppersoup spice. If it isn't hot enough, add a spoon of Cameroon pepper.

When it starts to boil, add the chopped okro and uziza. Stir, taste for seasoning. Add a spoon of ground crayfish and set off heat.

Serve with agidi.
