Heat oil in a pan or kadai add cumin seeds..

Now add onions sauté for a minute.Now add chopped Tinda along with rest of the powdered spices except amchur..mix well

Cook covered on low flame.when half done add the tomatoes and the green chilli and mix well..stir occasionally

When till Tinda is done add amchur powder and garam masala mix well
- 5
Garnish with coriander leaves..serve hot with fulka and rice
