Steps

Prepare the ingredients separate egg whites and yolks, grate lemon rind and extract lemon juice. Of course preheat oven.i use a big sufuria, place it on the fire and cover with lid.

Whisk the egg whites and sugar until stiff(add the sugar in bits)

Fold in the yolks carefully

Sieve the flour and baking powder and carefully fold into the eggs mixture adding in the milk slowly

Add the lemon rind and lemon juice ans the butter be careful not to overmix.

Pour into baking tin and bake.

I used my gas so temperature ni tricky but max heat,it baked for only 40minutes
