Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and saute till translucent.Also add the ginger garlic. Saute till the raw smell of garlic ginger disappears

Now add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high flame for a few seconds.

Add little water and cook covered on slow flame till done.

Garnish with spring onion greens.
