Steps

First roast vermicelli and cashews and keep it aside

Take a vok add oil and mustard seeds and ginger and saute it later add curry leaves

Then add chopped onions and saue it and latter add vegetables and fry it and add salt and let it cook

Later add vermicelli and add fry all

Then add buttermilk and mix well and off the flame if all vegetables are cooked properly

Then take idly steamer and add in the moulds required quantity and steam it for 20 minutes and it's ready to serve
