Heat ghee in a broad tapela. Fry all nuts and keep aside.

Add seveyye to heated ghee and stir continuously till it turns brown.

Add milk, sugar and stir for 2 minutes. Add kharak and stir for another 1-2 minutes. Add condensed milk. Stir till it turns thick.

Add fried nuts, saffron, kewra water and cardamom power. Put silver foil on top. Serve warm or cooled.
