Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 gvermicilli
  • 500 mlmilk full cream
  • 4 teaspoonsSugar
  • dropsRose essence few
  • Pistachios and almonds for garnishing.
  • 1 tbsDesi ghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast vermicilli in the desi ghee in a wok till golden brown..

  2. 2

    Now in another wok Add the required quantity of milk and make it little denser by letting the water evaporate on a gas stove.

  3. 3

    Stir continuously to avoid burning and sticking of the milk..at the bottom of the vessel..

  4. 4

    Add sugar add few drops of rose essence

  5. 5

    Also add the roasted vermicilli in the milk.

  6. 6

    .let the milk simmer for another 3-5 minutes

  7. 7

    Switch off the gas stove

  8. 8

    Kheer is ready.Garnish with pistachios and almonds

  9. 9

    Enjoy this delicious rose flavoured vermicilli kheer..
