It is a very popular Maharashtrian dish, very spicy and hot. Mumbai pav bhaji is famous all over the world. It is a complete meal, you can have in lunch or dinner. It is all time favourite to my children.

It is a very popular Maharashtrian dish, very spicy and hot. Mumbai pav bhaji is famous all over the world. It is a complete meal, you can have in lunch or dinner. It is all time favourite to my children.
Steps

Wash all the vegetables and Cut them, keep them in pressure cooker, add some salt and two Tomatoes cook it for two whistle.

Put kadai on flame, put some butter, add chopped onions, stir it for a while then add tomatoes cook for five minutes add garlic paste red chilli powder.

Add all the boiled vegetables which you already cooked in pressure cooker, completely crushed. you can add some salt according to your taste.

Cook for ten minutes add pav bhaji Masala and cook for five minutes add one lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves

Bhaji is ready, put some butter on pav and roast it on pan, now serve it hot with bhaji
