Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gramtofu
  • 2big size onion
  • 1small capsicum
  • 1carrot
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 2 spoonSunflower Oil
  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonsoya sauce
  • 2 spoontomato sauce
  • 1 spoonchilli sauce
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut tofu and veggies in cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok

  3. 3

    Stir fry veggies on high flame

  4. 4

    Add salt

  5. 5

    Mix all sauces in water

  6. 6

    Add sauces to stir fried veggies

  7. 7

    Boil for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Add tofu and mix well

  9. 9

    Serve hot with your choice of bread or rice.
