Soak all dals and rice separately.Put Methi in rice let it soak 5-6hrs

Grind along with chillies, ginger to a paste.

Put to ferment in a vessel in some warm place for 7hrs

After the dosa batter doubles beat it well with your hand nicely.

Heat a non stick Tawa add some butter/oil.

Spread a laddle full and spread on Tawa the dosa batter.

Put flame on high.After dosa becomes brown from one side roll and take out.

Cut in pcs if you wish. Serve with Chutney.
