  1. Murungai Illai -100gms
  2. 10 gmsPepper
  3. 50 gmsblack urad dal (Urad dal with black skin)
  4. 5Red chillies
  5. 2ts salt, sesame, Perungayam powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First fry all the ingredients in a dry pan.

  2. 2

    Then fry the leaves.

  3. 3

    In a mixer container add all and make into a fine dry powder. It can be preserved for a month.

  4. 4

    Thats it. Podi is ready to taste. You can eat this along with white rice and ghee or oil.
